Refund Policy

At FWDesign Store, we sell digital products such as JavaScript code, WordPress/WooCommerce plugins, and themes. Because these are intangible, instantly-delivered items, our Refund Policy is tailored for digital goods and PayPal transactions. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not downloaded it yet.
- The product is defective, broken, or does not function as described.
- The product was not delivered or you experienced technical issues preventing access.
Note: Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds are generally not available unless the product is proven defective.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Lack of technical knowledge or misunderstanding about how to use the product.
- Compatibility issues caused by outdated WordPress versions, hosting limitations, or third-party conflicts beyond our control.
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
3. Refund Request Process

- Your order number.
- Proof of purchase (PayPal transaction ID or receipt).
- A detailed explanation of the issue (screenshots if possible).
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before opening a PayPal dispute, as most issues can be resolved quickly through support.
4. Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be processed via PayPal to your original payment method. Depending on your PayPal account or linked bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
5. Exchanges & Fixes
If your product has a bug or issue, we will first attempt to fix or replace it. In many cases, an updated or corrected version will be provided instead of a refund.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Opening a PayPal chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may delay the resolution process. We are committed to resolving all legitimate issues fairly and encourage communication before filing a claim.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
